Caring, professional, efficient and quick. From the ladies in the office gently reminding me of a bill I forgot to pay instead of sending it to collections to the owner himself (a master technician by the way) coming out to fix our air when another company didn't (and wouldn't respond to texts or calls!). They came out first thing the morning after we called at 6 pm, drove all over town to get the part we needed, and had us back up and running by 4. The best. I'll never recommend anyone else.
We woke up on a Saturday to our ac unit blowing hot air overnight. Called Spiker at 8 am on a Saturday, left a message, and quickly received a call back. Jay was out by 11:45 and we had cold air on by 12:15. It did help that it was an easy part to replace and it was not busy season, but they were extremely easy to work with and fairly priced. I will be using Spiker again for any HVAC needs.
We were ready to leave on a weekend trip and the A/C quit working. Jay was able to stop by and get us going again within a few hours. ALWAYS fantastic service from Jay & Bo. Thanks so much guys - you're the best!

Fredrick McKinley Jones was known for his brilliant mind. He was born on May 17, 1893 in Covington, Kentucky. When he was 7 years old, his father sent him to live and be educated at the local Catholic church. While there, a Catholic priest cared for Jones and encouraged his interest in mechanics. At age 11 he dropped out of school and ran away. From the age of 15-19 Jones was a mechanic foreman for a garage. For the next 20 years, he found himself working in steamship repair, furnace repair, and farm machinery repair and maintenance.
